The "standard" doula package includes:
2 hour-long prenatal visits to client's home in preparation for labor & delivery
Unlimited information-based support by phone/text/email
Being on call and available for the client from 38 weeks until birth
Attendance throughout labor & delivery (may include a backup doula)
2 postpartum check-ins
